The following can avail of library resources:
- All bona fide students of the College of Medicine with validated library card.
- WVSU– COM faculty and staff.
- Alumni of the WVSU College of Medicine.
- Other users with recommendation or referral letter from their librarian or head of office where they are enrolled/employed.
