Guidelines for Outside Researchers

1. Non-WVSU clientele, including those from the members of Library Consortium who intend to use the COM Library must present a valid ID/Library Card from the institution/office where they are enrolled/employed   together with a letter of introduction from their librarian or head of office.
2. The COM Library reserves the right to refuse accommodation of outside researchers who fail to present the said requirements.
3. All materials are for room use only. Photocopying of certain chapters/portions of library books are allowed except for research papers.
4. The COM Library will cater outside researchers from Monday to Friday only. No outside researchers will be accommodated during Saturdays, examination days, semestral or summer breaks.
5. A research fee of Php20 per hour will be charged per outside researcher. Researchers coming from members of the Library Consortium will have free accommodation on the first visit; however, a fee of Php10 per hour will be charged per researcher during the second and succeeding visits.
