Congratulations for Qualifying for Interview! Please take note of the following reminders:

Please download the Microsoft word document and answer the information asked as well as the essay. Deadline of submission of essay is on July 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

Email and send back the form in .doc or .docx (Microsoft Word) to com.admission@wvsu.edu.ph with the following filename format: Family Name, First Name format E.g. Rizal, Jose
Treat this online interview as you would a face-to-face interview.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Prepare back up plans for unforeseen circumstances such as power outages.
Prepare an identification card.

Rename your zoom name to Group number (see below), Family Name, Given Name eg. 1 Rizal, Jose
Take note of the log in times below. Log in on time but NOT early. If you log in early, you will still not be admitted to the meeting and the support staff will have a more difficult time sorting out people.
Once you enter the meeting room, open your audio and video. There will be a short sound and video check. You will then be assigned to your break out rooms. Once in the breakout rooms, the panel will take care of you. Good luck!
